On most occassions and following a full brief, the starting point will be the survey of existing buildings or land and the production of survey drawings.

Architecture must be contextural and many ideas  and options will be explored. Whilst, as a client, you may well know what you want, King Architects pride itself on exploring the options and delivering you ideas and thinking "out of the box" that perhaps you may not have considered possible.

Simple sketch plans are often developed at this stage, whilst always referring back to the brief to ensure our clients aspirations are being met. This may be done over a series of meeting and with the use of 3D computer modelling until the design concept is approved.
